Charlie reflects on the five most significant moments of his life as he prepares to sacrifice himself to save Claire and Aaron. Desmond's visions have foretold that Charlie's death by drowning while trying to activate a switch in the underwater Dharma station will allow Claire and Aaron to escape the island. Meanwhile, Jack and the other survivors deal with the impending raid by the others.
