Shelley Candy serves as the Community Engagement Manager for Child Care Consultants, Inc. (CCC).   Shelley’s passion is linking community partners and businesses to the early learning communities in the 13 counties that CCC serves. From providing education on how high-quality early experiences for our youngest citizens build the foundation for the future workforce of Pennsylvania, to helping businesses and community partners assist employees and clients with finding early learning opportunities, experiences, and resources that meet the needs of their families and children, Shelley is committed to making the connections.  Shelley has two Bachelor of Science degrees (Elementary Education and Bible) from Lancaster Bible College and over 25 years of experience in early education leadership. Shelley serves on the Occupational Advisory Committee for the Lancaster County Career & Technology School-Early Childhood Education Program.
