One of the most disempowering thoughts you can have whilst facing any significant threat, is “This can’t be happening”. Its the equivalent of closing your eyes, putting your fingers in your ears and hoping something isn’t there, when clearly it is.

With so much uncertainty and potential threat facing business owners right now, I share how it’s far better stare whatever it is in the “eyes” on tackle it head on. Wishing something wasn’t so, doesn’t help or change anything but it will stop you from effectively resolving it.
