In our present-day environment of polarization and “us” and “them” belief systems, many are moved to hostility easily and quickly. Tips, techniques and examples of ways we can diffuse conflict and see areas of similarity instead of difference are critical to being able to foster functional communities. This is building a world of encounter instead of confrontation.
