Life Lessons With Lucie is a lifestyle and wellbeing podcast hosted by Lucie, the self-identified "eternal optimist".

An "eternal optimist" as defined by Lucie, is someone who wherever possible looks for the good, even when there doesn't appear to be any. Through the podcast, Lucie shares her experience of life; covering topics such as love, happiness, positivity and what it means to be a person living the human experience. She draws on her experience of overcoming the limitations of her chronic blood disorder, and the mindsets that have supported her growth and happiness.
