Doctor Eleonora Teplinsky is a board-certified medical oncologist who focuses on breast and gynecologic cancers. She is the head of breast and gynecologic medical oncology at Valley Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Care in Paramus, NJ and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Doctor Teplinsky is passionate about working with young women facing breast cancer, especially when exploring things like survivorship, exercise, and how social media can play a role in cancer care.
On top of that, she’s the host of the INTERLUDE Podcast, where she shares powerful stories from people affected by cancer. Her goal is to offer support, inspiration, and hope to anyone navigating their own journey—and she does an amazing job at it. Doctor Eleonora Teplinksky started the INTERLUDE podcast as a way to share the stories of women who have been affected with cancer as a way to provide support, inspiration, encouragement, hope and strength to other women who are also going through similar experiences.
Dr. Teplinsky's book, BEYOND THE PINK, a patient-centered guide to physical and mental health for younger breast cancer previvors, survivors and stage four thrivers will be published in 2026. Her goal is to educate and empower people to be their best advocate when it comes to their bodies and making health decisions.
