Most of us believe that anxiety is caused by something that happens in life – a stressful situation, worry about a loved one, concern that you’re not doing things well enough. Things like that.

But at the same time, many of us know that you can actually feel anxious without having any external reason or cause for that feeling. That even if everything in your external world looks pretty great, you can still feel anxious.

We usually focus on trying to eliminate the triggers of anxiety, but what really causes it in the first place?

In this episode, we talk about what causes that feeling of anxiety from frequency perspective, why it’s more widespread right now and how to best address the root of anxiety.

The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will help you begin to come further into your center, to take some of the edge off of that anxiety.

Without clearing these layers of distortion patterns, you can spin out of control in more and more anxiety.
