Hi friends,
Mind Musings is exactly that, musings from my mind. This first episode is really just scratching the surface of what's in store.
In this episode:
- I reflect upon some of my feels around the phrase “How are you?” and little story.
- I briefly discuss the dynamic of wanting to give space for and acknowledge feelings that might not feel as good, but also not having them become self-fulfilling.
- I talk about different states of mind/mental awareness, mental programming and our subconscious.
- I speak to becoming aware of our unconscious mind patterns.
- I discuss dynamics of engaging with others and where other folks are at.
- I reflect a little on my pattern of interacting with outside information and what information is prioritized. I speak to the need for balance of what we are reading (even and especially the deeply educational/informative stuff) and the time we’re spending in quiet to hear our inner voice.
- I talk about some of the information over load that can happen from being a curious being and I reflect on what subconscious beliefs may also be part of this tendency to want to learn and dive into all the information.
