Leadership is often illustrated with the inclusion of moral and ethical examples. As explained rightfully, leadership encourages followers /people/communities that believe in someone’s ideology/beliefs to follow him/her. Thus, someone as morally corrupt as Trump and a ruthless devil as Hitler are considered leaders! On an additional note; There are lots of talks regarding narcissism and it’s characteristic; Trump is influencing such a coverage and so is Meghan Markle .. It’s fascinating to listen to expert description. Great insights
