Thank you for joining me for another episode of None of Us Are Normal. Today, I want to go beyond talking about stress and its effects on your body (although we'll talk a little bit about that, too!) I want to take it a step further and discuss a creative, practical way to eradicate stress in your life. In fact, it's my go-to for stress relief!
