We are back with Episode 3 of the podcast! In this episode we discussed the different way someone could get started in exercise and working out the the hurdles they might face. We spoke about the pros of exercise but we also talked about the cons.

We also share with you the different approaches we take to exercise. We each have our own preferred methods and ways in which we like to stay in shape. Leart shares his experiences with BJJ and CrossFit while Oskar speaks to his preference to the traditional gym.
