This podcast is from a recorded class about breast health. We discussed the purpose of breasts, what to look for, how to perform self breast exams and what are some of the abnormalities of breasts. We also discussed conditions and diseases of the breast: breast cancer, fibrocystic breast, mastitis, gyneomastia, and breast implant illness (BII). Treatments were discussed and well as overall wellness.
