Outside of work, Dr. K is a certified yoga instructor and is obsessed with anything dark chocolate.Dr. Jody McGrath PhD, LMHC has worked in the mental health field for nearly 20 years and has a PhD in Health Psychology. Her work has primarily focused on trauma with a specialty in anxiety/panic/OCD, through the lens of how brain health impacts our behavior. Over the years, Dr. J has provided comprehensive clinical care to military, law enforcement, and first responders. She has also worked extensively in addiction, hospice care, and residential education. Dr. J has a passion for building a safe and secure environment for all her clients. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel, spend time with her family, and find the perfect cup of coffee.
