In this weeks episode, Briana and Ben discuss the differences and similarities between the feelings of intuition and anxiety.  Briana explains why it is difficult to experience your intuition when you have anxiety. She also gives suggestions on how to further tap into your intuition. Ben provides thoughtful questions and they both share their personal experiences of dealing with anxiety and intuition. 

Briana has her Masters in Mental Health Counseling and is currently a clinician working in Boston, MA. Ben is a content creator and producer residing in Los Angeles, CA.
