We discuss his incredible boxing journey from his early amateur days to his move to the pros and trainer. We also have a deep and meaningful discussion about his own mental health struggles as well as how he now helps people who struggle with addictions and mental health disorders. This podcast is a must see for any boxing enthusiasts or anyone struggling with his or her mental health. This podcast was definitely one of my favourites to do and its easy to see why when you have a guy as genuine, empathetic and honest as David Birchell. A champion in and out of the ring.
