Anton Hedman is a Swedish native who studied and worked in San Francisco. He moved back to Sweden in 2014. He has worked in various finance and sales positions primarily in the FMCG/branded consumer goods segment of the pharmaceutical industry, but also on the digital marketing agency side at Denis Krylov’s Transparent House during his SF years. Since June 2020 he’s offering his services to companies as a business analytics consultant. Anton lives with his girlfriend in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.

I met with Anton to discuss how Sweden took a different approach in dealing with Covid-19 pandemic. Swedish authorities have only implemented a partial lockdown with the goal to create both herd immunity and avoid damaging their economy. Anton shared his recent experiences on how Swedes work, study and travel in the times of pandemic.
