You know when you listen to an old song and remember other songs that you liked around the same time. Like time is defined by what you were listening to at the time? Thinking of the music I grew up listening to, I put a few songs together and now there's so many, too many to put into a single file. 

Here's part one of my list so far. Years 1975 - 2005. These aren't necessarily in order of release, but in order of my own listening habits. Every couple of years I dive into some time period or genre that I've overlooked and find there's still great stuff that I never paid much attention to. This includes all genres, even country music.
