Our bodies are constantly sending us signals and feedback. Soft whispers through subtle cues. We can hear them if we are properly tuned in. When we ignore the whispers, they get louder and more serious. These physical manifestations are the inner self alerting us to emotional distress, unresolved issues, or unmet needs.
