Is trying to force a connection by providing a true genuine authentic relationship>

Whether on a personal or business level, being able to surround yourself with other like-minded is a great way to develop a support team.  When you are not at your fullest for the day, you have others that can pour into you. Even the strongest will eventually need to recharge with the love, encouragement, and support of a good support team.
