We are dealing the with 14 characteristics of a good leader, or should I say just a good person because we all are leaders in one sense. The first of the 14 is Unselfishness; willing to put the care and concerns of others above our-self.  When we add this core value to our life we find it easy to show true empathy for others.  Take a listen and add this characteristic to our life then help the world grow more unselfish.
