Needing help and asking for it is two totally different things. To ask for help, you must first admit you need help. To ask for help, one must first be in a state of submission. Asking for help requires that one be willing to follow the instructions offered by the helper. To ask for help, one must admit you don't have the answers. Just as asking for directions, one admits they don't know where they are going. The first trait required to ask for help is courage. Despite fear, one forges on to do what must be done. This defines courage: accomplishing a task regardless of fear. The courage to change the things you can. Asking for help is step one.
