Custard Boutique (locations in Savannah GA and Greenville SC) put out a call for a guest blogger, and the topic? Shoes!

I gave it a shot because three of my favorite things, shoes, writing and pictures of shoes.

You can take a read here. It’s called “My Favorite Kicks”These are my first Jeffrey Campbell’s. I don’t really ever wear them but in my little group of friends we call them “the” shoes. They are very impractical but darn it. They are amazing.

Because of the post I made I got 40% off a pair of shoes at Custard, which I ended up getting another, more comfortable, more practical pair of JC’s. It was a lot of fun and very effortless to write because it is a subject (sadly) I love deeply. I don’t think many people would think of me as materialistic, but darn it, in this post I am a material girl.
