Did you know men are twice as likely to commit suicide as women, and triple as likely to become alcohol-dependent? we have a huge issues surrounding male mental health in Canada, and this podcast is a documentation of my attempt to design a space witch allows men to open up to their emotions. These recordings are collection of thoughts ideas and conversations which are the underpinnings of what I've learned in this process, and what I think should be brought to the surface in our collective consciousness.
