My brother Pete and I headed to Vermont this past weekend to take on the Vermont GranFondo-X. 240km w/ 4300m of elevation, including the steepest paved Mile in North America - The Lincoln Gap...it was gnarly, but we lived to tell the tale. Take a listen as we break down the highlights (Pacelines, big climbs and peanut butter sandwiches) and lowlights (crashes, travel shenanigans, terrifying gravel descents)...all in all it was a super fun weekend and we'll certainly be looking to do more events like this in the future.

I’m Rob Watson, an ex-pro marathoner with a 2:13:29 personal best (pre-super shoes), 11th place finisher at the 2013 Boston Marathon, and 20th at the World Championships in Moscow that same year. Nowadays, I’m a coach with Mile2Marathon and generally just a big running nerd.On this show, we dive into all things running, with the occasional detour into cycling and triathlons. It’s a lighthearted, fun take on the sport we love, so sit back, relax, and let’s talk running.
