Then managers whom we had taught started telling other managers about the tools - usually because their colleague asked them, "what are you doing over there? It seems to be working."But the experienced Trinity users told those other managers about all the tools all at once. So those other managers started implementing them all at once. And that was a disaster. Most of us can only learn one new significant skill at a time. And that goes for our directs, too: they're learning along with us.
