We're excited to announce we're looking for two buyer agents to join the Daniel Beer Group, the #1 producing team in San Diego County. You don't need to have a lot of experience in the industry - if you're a talented salesperson with an ambitious work ethic, you'll feel right at home on our team. We are structured so you can start selling homes right when you join. Here's how we make it happen:

• Daily leads: We pass leads on to you every day. They are assigned to you and you only. This means you have someone new to call every day.
• Professional training program: We've hired the top training company in the country for buyer agents. You will complete a 6-month professional program where you will role play and practice with scripts so you can become the top agent you've always wanted to be. This training will set you up with the tools and knowledge you need to convert leads and sell homes at a higher rate than people who have been in the industry for much longer.
• Support system: The support system we have in place is designed to make your job a whole lot easier. You will have a team member to nurture your database of future buyers so you can focus on clients who are buying within 90 days. Additionally, you won't have to worry about marketing, transaction management, and putting together your buyer consultation packages, among other things.
