Leading In a Virtual Environment is a 45-minute, low volume, high impact seminar that focuses and equips your leaders and team members to rapidly deploy simple NEEDLE-MOVER concepts, techniques, and tools to operate and respond to the organization and its clients IMMEDIATELY in any virtual environment.

The workshop does not cover everything for leading in any virtual environment (VE), but rather focuses on critical concepts that are simple to understand and employ.
