Episode 1 - I met Chef Samuel at a big scale catering event 2 years back and I remembered our first conversation was about him wanting to give back to the Food and Beverage industry by guiding young chefs through a mentorship program. This doesn't just stop there, the image he showed up at work was really outstanding and I could see how his leadership has influenced many even at his young age.
