Welcome to the second episode in our discussion around communication. Last week's episode we discussed conflict styles and today we are discussing interaction styles.

In this episode I'm exploring three distinct interaction styles: Assertive, Compliant, and Withdrawn. These can also be referred to Hornevian Groups, named after the influential psychologist Karen Horney, that categorize the nine Enneagram Types. You’ll learn the key characteristics of each style (and how it shows up in each Enneagram Type), how they influence communication and relationships, and how to work with them.
