Hello Everyone,
My name is Sakshi M Dhingra and in this episode, I am going to tell you a very practical exercise that can help to develop consistency in your behaviors, or in your actions, and we would also understand the common barriers that obstruct consistent behaviors.

Consistency is a habit of doing something regularly as required or as planned. Maintaining consistency in life means that we stick to plans that we make and we work on them with utter dedication, not just for a day but for all the number of days it is required.

But still, we often fail to be consistent in many of our actions and behaviors.

I will discuss the main two reasons behind why this happens, and how you can overcome them.
