He previously served as Director of the International Data Centre (IDC) at the CTBTO since November 2004.Ambassador Tibor Tóth was the Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) from 2005 - 2013. He has been actively involved in international disarmament and non-proliferation issues for over three decades.
