I was a full time professional international standard Table Tennis player for over 10 years. During that time I was ranked in the top 10 players in the England Men's rankings. I was the Yorkshire No.1 player (very proud of that). I won over 40 men's open tournament titles. I beat 4 top 20 world-ranked players. I played in the German Budesliga and gained a massive amount of experience in doing so.

The purpose of this podcast is to help people who want to travel the same route as me, or hopefully go beyond the level I achieved and become a world champion.
