The importance it has on our day-to-day life, and on our mind, bodies, and spirits. Gerry shares how much he values traditional foods, and remembering how his elders would enjoy getting soul food with tears in their eyes. It’s about doing our best, or the next best thing, and committing to taking care of ourselves. Love put into food is love put into our bodies, which helps with our #InnerPeace
