“Techpreneurs in Conversation” (TIC) is a series where I sit down for a web-app enabled conversation with Tech Entrepreneurs, Investors and Ideators from across the world. The idea is to use this forced downtime that many of us are in to truly hear from one another on the Techpreneurship journey, significant learnings on the way; it is to inspire those who are still toying with the idea of Tech Entrepreneurship; and to embolden those who are already somewhere on this life path.

A young bright spark, my interaction with Musheer began on LinkedIn and it was my absolute honour to invite him to my podcast - Techpreneurs in Conversation way back in July 2020. Looking back at this conversation with Musheer today, I fondly re-trace my journey over the last few months where my team and I had to re-calibrate many of our own business methods; and reflect on how my conversation both with Musheer and with Avelo and other really bright young sparks in the Techpreneur space has been truly inspirational. And I hope this series does the same for you. 

In the second of the series, Musheer has been my guest. Musheer is the cofounder and board member of Fintech Association of Hong Kong and has an extensive background in financial services and technology, having been a global markets trader for a decade, and a management consultant following his MBA. He is a member of United Nations ESCAP ESBN Youth and Women Entrepreneurs Taskforce and co-founder of IndiaTech Hong Kong, a platform for bridging India and China Greater Bay Area.
My conversation with Musheer reflected his very keen interest in technologies especially those that are impacting/disrupting investment banking such as artificial intelligence , digital banking, RegTech, WealthTech and Blockchain. 
His strong passion to bridge India and China Greater Bay Area reflected through his significant initiation of various programs to connect the two ecosystems, in particular as co-founder of IndiaTech HK and with FinStep Asia working with government and industry participants alike.
