It's been OVER A YEAR since I released my last Podcast, and things have changed... 

Changed drastically. 

From Pure Yums, to adjusting Convivial's growth path, and doing deep inner-work to redefine what success means to me - this is the beginning. 

Finally. Freedom to be who I am in the journey, and enjoy every bit of the process. 

The hills build muscle, the valleys build grit, and as for the fleeting steady times - those a tiny gift in the madness. 

The Build is a documentation of my journey, in the hopes you will be inspired and motivated on yours.
