The season of "Build Your Culture of Honor" is back! We will continue this season after a long hibernation with Joshua Salter, M.Ed, Founding Program Director at He is Me Institute. Learn about macro and micro posturing, the importance of perception and perspective, leveraging what is said to what is implied, and thinking through your organizational and interpersonal posturing.

He has worked in nonprofits, partnered with schools and other agencies to provide support and care for youth and families. With specific education and training in counseling, he focuses on the socioemotional needs and mental health concerns influencing the communities he serves.
