Thereis a potential for scientists today to lean into experiments thatpromote a “brave new world,” including creating transgenderanimals, making orphans by experiments with embryos, and usingsynthetic wombs to avoid raising children in a familial environment. At the same time, science has the capacity to heal certain diseasesand make it possible for babies to live when they might have diedotherwise. What we need is scientists that fear God and are willingto apply Biblical ethics to the world of science.
