It is about a major Shakespeare Festival in the small town of New Burbage (based on the real-life Stratford Festival). It was created in part by Mark McKinney of the sketch-comedy troupe "Kids in the Hall," and stars Paul Gross, McKinney, and Don McKellar among many others in an ensemble cast.
