So many clients who come for hypnotherapy are either coming because they have a difficult emotion they are trying to deal with such as anger, anxiety or depression—OR they are coming to deal with the coping mechanism they use to handle emotion.

Let’s face it—people like to feel good and they don’t like to feel bad. So, when we feel badly, we try to cover it up, numb it or distract from it. In this episode we will look at the various ways a person will attempt to deal with pain,. Then we will move on to  how to help your client reframe their emotional response, and head the call to action it suggests. I will provide an analogy I use for accomplishing this.
