I'm not sure I could, or that I would want to...
But my good mate Josh Smith, owner and head coach at Fortitude Nutrition Coaching recently undertook this challenge and was willing to come on the podcast and have a chat about it.
When Josh first told me his plans to do 21 days with no complaining I immediately took up the role of devil's advocate and told him I wasn't sure I agreed it was going to be a positive thing (me being a massive advocate for expressing your feelings, good or bad).
