Rear Admiral Scott Jones is an accomplished figure in the military, airline industry, and the world of coaching. He is currently the Commander of the Naval Air Force Reserve. His military decorations include the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Navy Commendation Medal, among many more. The majority of Scott’s career has been spent at United Airlines, where he has served as a captain for over 25 years. He founded IMJ Coaching and Consulting in 2008, focusing on providing help and support for any transformation, growth, or change in the pursuit of personal and professional development.
