Steve is a 25 year veteran of the Dallas Police Department with 6 years in Narcotics and 15 years in SWAT. His duties ranged to Entry Team leader with specialties in Climbing Team and Explosive Breach Team. After retiring Steve became a full time instructor for Triple Canopy, Inc. and Combat Shooting and Tactics as Director of Training. He founded Tactical Skills and Strategies, LLC (Tac Skills) before accepting a Director of Training position for Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support, whose mission is providing affordable tier 1 tactical training.
