That’s the exact reason I recorded a Podcast with my boy Gules Meli the Head Coach and Owner over at Team Bionic. There’s nothing more motivating than seeing your friends chasing after their goals and this kid has done exactly that. Coming 1st place in his Junior Physique competition, coaching his clients and his friends to live a healthy lifestyle and in general, he’s just doing his thing, pushing our positivity.

I sat down with Gules and talked about how he got to where he is today with everything that he’s doing and what his thoughts were on how to help people Tak3 Action. His one piece of advice "Remove the Fear" was probably the best one I’ve heard yet, so I definitely recommend listening in to what he has to say.
