Katie said it so well;

"When you're inside the cage you need someone to come with the keys and prove it exists, and that is the work of white people."

In Part two I ask Katie some tangible steps we can take and resources to help in our education and how to navigate these much-needed conversations.

What is happening in the world as far as a global conversation and action have never happened before. 

I urge you to learn with an open heart, to be kind, gracious, and remember this is uncomfortable. We may not be met with open arms but we can lead with understanding.
