This week…let us discuss the topic of limiting beliefs. What we do, how we live each minute of every single day is a direct reflection of our thoughts and decisions. Think of it as blueprints that our life follows. What we tell ourselves on a daily basis is what determines the outcome of our day. So if you are spending your day filling your head with thoughts that are more positive and up lifting then you will most likely have a more productive and pleasant day. The opposite is also true about the negative side of what you tell yourself and how you may react to the stress or a negative situation you may find yourself miserable or exhausted.
