Perfectionism is a word that lives rent free in my mind. That word alone has consumed many thoughts and much energy into trying to create this idea of the perfect day perfect life. I've been working to shift my mindset from the thought of being perfect into reminding myself of progress over perfection. Letting go of this thought process so that I can continue on my self development journey. Not allowing this narrative to control my life or decisions that I'm making.
