This week our guest is Joe Williams. Although he forged a successful professional sporting career in both NRL and boxing, Joe battled the majority of his life with suicidal ideation and Bi Polar Disorder. After a major life event in 2012, Joe felt his purpose was to help people who struggle with mental illness and more specifically, Trauma - through his company 'The Enemy Within'.
Joe has some achieved some major things already in his life, but he has plenty more to come.
In this episode, Joe was kind enough to drop some knowledge bombs on how trauma can explain our behaviour, the life Lessons Joe has taken from the amazing Aboriginal culture, how emotional regulation works and plenty more..
