At age 9, Katie Stagliano grew a cabbage that weighed over 40 lb.  She took it to a shelter where it was prepared and served to over 200 people.  That set Katie on fire and she started a garden with various vegetables to feed more people who were food insecure.  Katie, now in her early twenties, has started kids from 9-16 all over the country growing food to help those in need.  And, is branching out to other countries.  Katie is typical of Gen Z's determination and entrepreneurial spirit.
