In this episode we hear from people working with the criminal justice system to develop policy and support those who live within these systems. Michelle Brewer is a barrister with specialities in human rights and experiences representing trans prisoners. Chryssy Hunter - who amongst her roles with Gendered Intelligence, TAGS, Opening Doors -  is today representing the Bent Bars Project, who are a grassroots letter-writing project responding to the need for stronger connections and solidarity between LGBTQ people inside and outside prison walls.
