Stories of people who switched careers midlife and made it a great success. Turning Point is a series of interviews I am conducting with a few special people. For the last twenty years or so, I have been intrigued by people who had a key insight in their lives which made them change their professions almost halfway through their professional journey and where the second part of the journey made them taste real success and happiness. What I have always been interested in is :‘How did they get this insight that they would be better at something that they had never pursued before?‘What made them give up what they had been doing for almost half their life?‘ Investigate what learnings there might be for other people who may want to consider a change of route in their professional careers mid-life?
